Help With First Built Computer

Expand Post »
 Hey I have just built a computer with the following Hardware:
ASUS P5SD2-x Motherboard
Pentium D 3.2 Ghz 840
ULTRA Series 500W ATX power supply
PNY DDR2 1G RAM
ATI 1900X 256MB ALL IN WONDER PCI E
MASSCOOL CPU FAN
200 GB SATA MAXTOR HD

OK so the first time I assembled the Computer I couldnt get it to POST. I called ASUS and they said that I needed a new BIOS chip for my CPU to work with the motherboard. I recieved that yesterday and I installed it. NOW I still cant get the thing to POST. I umplugged everything including RAM and Video Card and reset CMOS and still cant get a POST. When I plug my PCI E card in and plug DVI out on it in because it dosent have VGA out I get no output signal! I am guessing that it is a CPU or Motherboard problem. I dont know how though because they are brand new. I got CPU at Tiger Direct and motherboard from Pagecomputers.com. Can anyone Assist me??
thanks!:!:
