Hi I have a compaq aramada M700. i noticed that when i bought it that when I plug it up it wont charge. It will power on then shut off. Also when its plugged with the adapter no lights come on, the only lights i see is when I press the power button. I also looked on the web and the power adapter i have is not the one that came with the laptop originally. Do I need a new adapter? is this another issue?
