at first my epson c90 status monitor worked, but after refformating the hard drive and reinstalling a clean XP the status monitor will not load, that is the ink levels are greyed out in the printing preferences window. Can anyone explain this problem for me please? I have uninstalled the drives and reinstalled many times but no joy - thanks
