I have a Samsung CLP-300 colour laser printer and in the past couple of months, my printer does not print in colour. Yes, I have tried test printing and even uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers without any help. The test print prints in colour although when printing any other media such as documents or images would not print in colour. I have contacted Samsung via email but they completely ignored my complaint. It prints fine in black and that is the colour that shows up printing when I print coloured pictures, etc.
Can someone please give me some technical support or help me with this problem? Please?
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months.
