External speakers not working

yoàu have not out much info for us to work k on.
speakrs notworking can be
1. electical connections (chjeck cables)
2 Software check midi in / midi out etc
Check also no 'muting' of sound
check the preferrd devcie in your sound system
check also the priority of devices!

Yes i agree with the answer also check your sound card driver is proper installed.

after my previous note it is worth trying to see if you have more than one socket. On my machine there is a speaker socket on the back of the sound card and another on the front of the machine. Depending on which socket I use s (and which OS) the one on the front does not always work!
