Error "service call 21" showing on printer

Hi All,

Could someone help me please.. I have a network printer with a jetdirect card in the back.. When I turn on the printer I keep getting the message "Service Call 21" showing on the printer. I have never seen this type of error before and was unsure to what it meant..
I have tried power cycling the printer, I have checked to make sure their is no paper etc inside. I have checked cartridges.
Could someone please offer some advice you you known what this error could be..
