I'm having problems printing with my canon pixma. A size 12 pt font on Word shows up as 10pt when printed. I've tried calling canon but they are not able to help, maybe you guys can :)
Did you try to turn off your printer and then turn on?
Which software you are using for printing?Tell me that software name,after that i can exactly tell you the solution.
And update your printer driver.
