My Pendrive is not recognisedby windows.please helpme

I have pendrive i have been using it for last one year.Now when i put it in windows it shows."one of the usb you attached to computer is malfuntioned and windows cannot recognise the divice". I tried it i 3 computers. it shows same.I look at in device manager also.

Its not taking to computer.it shows unrecogniced
