How to uninstall driver

I unistalled the driver in device manager, but when I plug my usb Wireless lan card in, it doesnt ask me to reinstall the driver.
I tried to reinstall the driver using device manager but windows tells me that the driver in the cd is net better than the driver I have aldready installed.

P.S.: It took a long time to install the device so I thought it wasnt reponding and reset the computer.
