External HD Problem

Hey Guys...
I have some problem with my external HD when I copied some files..
After It almost 65% I see in tera copy status : Error I/O Port, and copying stop..

Did the problem occured in usb cable..??, or in the hardisk..??

PS : Sorry if my English is Bad

Sometimes when copying large amounts of files at once this can happen. if even just one files, file name is too long. Copy less files at a time to narrow down the problem file thats causing the file system to stop copying.then shorten the file name of the problem file and try again. Im not saying this will solve your problem, but its a good place to start.

hmmm...
the problem is i/o port in my hd...
it solved and i must use my guarantee card...
