i can't type @

the other keys work but i can't seem to type @ this i have to copy and paste it i get this " instead of the a

please help

try setting your keyboard to UK instead of US

cant remember exactly how to do it in windows but its somewhere in the keyboard prefs (start->control panel->keyboard)

Hey chimchims, don't know if you already solved your problem, but I think this should do it

(This is using XP by the way) Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options
Then click on the Language tab, and then the 'Details...' button. There in the 'Text Services and Input Languages' box, if you set the 'Default input language' to 'English(United Kingdom)', and then click OK, that should set your keyboard right. Also if you look at it before you change anything, it might have been set to 'US' previously.
