I let my sister borrow my computer for a while which was running perfectly, but when i got it back, the mouse, keyboard, and monitor are not working. The monitor just stays black and the light goes from green to orange and the mouse and keyboard just dont seem to be getting any power. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

edit: the actual cpu seems to be running properly and i found out that the monitor works if I unplug the mouse and keyboard before turning on the computer.
