Ok, so i have a friend who just bought a new computer and printer, the computer is running vista, and the printer is a HP L 7650(i believe). But the problem isn't he's running vista...when he was setting up the printer/scanner/fax machine. It doesn't scan. we tried going through all the options on the printer and we thought we had something when it said send image to memory storage device but when we selected that it said no memory storage device found. does anyone know what might be the problem?
