Yahoo messenage webcam

Hi,
When I use yahoo messenger with a remote family members webcam, I find that the video part of the message freezes up every couple of minutes. I then need to close and invite in again to make it work. The voice part is OK. I am using WI-FI with an excellent signal. Any ideas? Thanks, John
