Well, you can try re-formatting it in FAT, not with Windows, but with this free utility called SwissKnife: http://www.compuapps.com/Download/swissknife/setup.exe . If it works tell the other guys that mistakenly format their mp3 player as FAT32 and back to FAT and run into a lot of trouble afterwards about this. SwissKnife worked fine for me, it can format any fixed or removable drive, and create partitions, and more.
