Hi People I own a Toshiba Satellite A10 and it's got a white screen when I turn it on it was working fine until two days ago when it got the white screen when I booted her up I thought the problem may be the battery but it's charged I also got malware on my laptop that day but Avast said it was "blocked" but some may have got through does anyone have any answers which may help cause I'm really stuck and beyond my depth in trying anything else without knowing what to try next.
