format

i wanna know how i can fully format the internal memory of a nokia 5300, including pictures, videos, music... i wan't to regain the memory(7mb)

Try changing your primary data storage from Internal Memory to the SD Card. The 5300 supports up to 2 GB of space on the SD card. Also, you can try deleting text messages because they fill up the memory.

To do a hard reset on the phone (you lose all your data), press *#7370#.

If your phone is not working, press these buttons all at once: on/off, *, and 3.
