Problems with my MP3 Player

I'm currently having problems with my mp3 player. When I plug it into the usb port It just does nothing and doesnt bring it up, its starting to get annoying wondering if anyone could help. its a logik mp3 player btw... crap, yes I know :sad:

What operating system are you using?
Did you install the software for the player on your system?
Did it work at one time and has stopped working or has it never worked?

I've got Windows XP. I didnt install the software for it, but it worked before without the software. and i've lost the cd with the software on it :(

I can guess why you didnt install the software. You can probably download the correct software off of the Logic website.

Yeah, but most flash based MP3 players dont reall need software, except maybe for flashing. If it's not being detected on connecting, it could be busted.
