sounds like a hardware failure. hope it's still under warranty.

At this point there is no reason to think or even say that there is a hardware fault. If this person bought this tablet on eBay and has already paid the postage to return it, will you now pay them because you guessed wrong?

These problems are more often solved by making some changes to your settings. Please tell me that you still have this tablet. :-)

If it was working and not connecting it would be reasonable to expect that mentioned in the post. No where did my post say to return it. Anyone with half a brain would have a qualified person check out the hardware before being committed to a return over long distance. If posters don't want to be verbose about their problems then that's the kind of answers they should expect.

What do you do with things that you are told are broke and should exercise the warranty? What if he thought that you were qualified?

If you need more info, ask for it and keep the ball in their court. Or, just leave it alone.

Should this be taken as spitefulness then?

likewise, don't like it leave it alone

Likewise, don't like it leave it alone, instead of sticking your nose where it don't belong.
