After Re-Installing My Laptop Keyboard, Error!?

So a while ago my Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E520s Keyboard had a key that had broken off, and just about a year later, it was getting so frustrating I removed it and am about to order a new one in the mail. Since it's taking such a long time, I just re installed the keyboard, booted up my laptop and let windows 7 load up, after a good 45 seconds, I get a BSOD error code called UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME. Please can somebody help me? Ive tried entering safe mode but it just gets the same BSOD error code... I can't even go into Repair, Debug or anything!
I'm planning on selling this computer, since my birthday was a few weeks ago, I was going to upgrade to a new gaming laptop
