I observed my in-built sound speaker stoped working .,after series of troubleshooting steps i decided to lose the laptop getting to the keyboard i found flex cable attached to the mther board and i carefully pull the cflex cable disconnecting from the board., the speaker was enclosed inside th the i tested the speakers with my mutil tester meter and figure out it's damaage ., i dissconnected th or detached the spseapkers from the bmotherboard .,while trying to coouple the piecies back ., i found the nob on the flex connector pull off itself.,., all effort to fix it was abortive i tried super glue didnt work., right noow am usin external keyboard
