Looking for marketing people

We just started a firm a few months back.
We have a few products up our sleeves like 50 Swish effects CD etc.
Also we are in the process of developing a series of tutorial cds.
We are looking for people who would be interested in marketing the products we have on commision basis.

Also we are ready to develop products that they think are selleable in the market if we find their ideas good.
