Get rid of that purple pill

For those of us who are using the new image-only AdSense feature, how can we get rid of the Nexium Purple Pill ads? I tried blocking the www.purplepill.com domain, but no go. I would assume they are one of the new CPM campaigns being run for select advertisers, as their ads aren't showing the little AdSense bar we all know.

I guess Google learned fast. No more purple pill ads, and no more untargeted ads. I guess they got a lot of negative feedback.
