CPM ads networks profits and rotation

Hi everyone!

does someone here uses adservers such as fastclick, doubleclick, etc.. ?
what are they rate per impression? (how much do they pay?) i tryed searching but i cant find this information anywhere.

also, can one rotate betwen our own banners and their banners? (using own script)
