Create Banner Ads

What software does everybody use to create cool animated banner ads? I've tried some of the free online banner ad makers, but I would like something better. Any ideas?

I use either Adobe Flash or SWF Easy. If I'm on a rush I use SWF easy.

Thanks, I'll look into those. Do they allow really good animations? I've used GIMP, but the gifs are just frame by frame, not any "tweening"

First i am trying to design in Adobe and then using GIF Animator but if we need such a good add adobe flash really very good.

I'm usually familiar with adsense as used on banner ads.

Yes, they are. SWF Easy Built-in Flash Effects saves me more time making cool flash effects. You should really try it :)
