Need Help on Opt-in Form connected Aweber

Hi guys, have a problem in here. Here's the story: My boss ask me to create a simple Opt-in form just with an email input field only. Then he gave me a subscription to aweber.com and ask me to create a list to keep track of those email being sent from the opt-in form i've created. Anyone can teach me how to do this? cause my boss also don't know how to do it. I don't know what i need or what to code on my opt-in form in order to connect to aweber and keep track of the email addresses being sent..

Aweber has instructional videos on there site on how to create a web form. I would suggest you start there.
