Great AdSense day

Did anyone else have a great AdSense day today? CTR is average but CPM doubled! Woo hoo! It's a little after 5 pm and already I'm close to what I would expect to be near the end of the day.

Are you still experiencing the same CTR or has it tappered off by now?

Since daniweb has been online for a while and you have run adsense for a long time too, do you have any advice to improve ctr. Placement, color, tips and trick.
