I'm trying to add oscommerce to my website and i'm having trouble. I dont know how to edit the front page and i dont know how to make it active. I've added all my products to the site but i cant seem to checkout. I can get the products to the shopping cart but cant check out.
can someone help me please?

My apologies, but most of your information is wrong. I have osCommerce and my own custom template so let me fix some of your errors.
The stylesheet is in the main directory, its located under the 'catalog' file. If you need me to do anything, like make a custom template for exclusive, I can make you one for a reasonable price. I can even add Contributions. I added a FedEx Zip Code Zone contribution and it would not work, believe it or not. I finally got it working, and now its an option on my site, with no connecting to the FedEx server, its all self contained on the site. I just update the prices ever week in case the FedEx shipping from my area changes.

How do i edit the look of the front page? is it possible to take the front page and edit it in dreamweaver? if so how?
also i have a question on how to get the oscommerce functioning..

Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on: /home/beecou/public_html/shop/includes/languages/english/index.php
Setting write permissions on files which do not absolutely require is usually not such a good idea in terms of security. But if you absolutely must, FTP to the folder right click on the file within your FTP application and set write permissions with chmod command.
