While I don't have any experience with them, their site design leaves much to be desired. I remember they started out being known as Sprinks or something ... You have to wonder why a one year old company changed their name just about the same time they started gaining momentum in the SEO industry. On the other hand, you have to wonder why Alexa uses them on their own site. Maybe they secretely own them?
