Hello there!

Is there any CMS to create a customized gift portal. Which have image editing functions and text writing over image.

I am looking for any open source CMS to start personalized gift portal but I did not find anyone.

Can someone help me over this.? Any reply appreciated.

I would suggest you do your own code. Custom coded is usaully the better option.

If you are not a developer your self you better look for a professional help. And i think the best opensource CMS out there is from Magento Platform. Top of the line ecommerce solution, feature rich and total flexibility.
