google adword question

I have heard somewhere that if u use adword you should dot have google ads in the page you are publishing. If so google bans you.
Is it true?

Google will ban you for arbitrage. That is the practice of buying cheap ppc traffic and sending it to a page filled with expensive adsense ads.

what if you have other ads rather then google ads. I guess this should not cause any problem
