Share My PPC experience of China. What about yours?

Expand Post »
As many of us have tried and found out, Baidu, the Chinese leading search engine, does not provide its advertising service ( PPC, SEO, High Ranking, etc) to overseas business. This is what makes me depressed.

However, this, on the other hand, is also a strong evidence to show that Baidu concentrates on Chinese local market a lot. This is partially why Google (China) this search engine giant still can’t catch up with Baidu, which is now with over 74.5% Chinese online market share.

If AmerichinaB2B.com , say, physically helps us to make our way in Chinese market, then it’s colleague AC-Baidu.com helps us to enter China mentally. It’s not about E-Commerce. It’s about helping Americans to do Chinese online marketing, for instance buying keywords, doing pay per click and SEO on Baidu.

This can be seen as an acceptable compensation. We shall be in through this way.
Well this is where I have to stop. Because I haven’t tried that yet.
Hopefully, there’s someone in this forum have this kind of experience to share his idea.

It is only a matter of time before google china ctaches up to their competitors in the country of china. Name recognition is important and it slowly works into the overall picture. People said years ago that google would not surpass yahoo

Baidu does provide services to foreign businesses. The services, however, are mostly in Chinese. Advertising in China is tough for a business or a person who knows little about Chinese.
