You can post in forums. Use Google adwords. Those are just a few ways to start.

Desktop ad impressions are the cheapest and most effective way to advertise a website only .12 cents per visitor as opposed to $2.50 per visitor with pay per click, and its targeted as well.

I get all my work through SEO SEM. I getting pretty busy 5 new clients this month so far. One is a major company.

Have you tried offline/traditional advertising tactics? Try going to a few events where potential advertisers are in attendance and plug your business. You never know.
