What are some of the key factors to keep in mind when optimizing your web page for BOTH pay per click and organic? I've got a general list of tips and tricks for organic placement and pay per click placement seperately, but what about universal factors to keep in mind when trying to achieve BOTH?

Univeral factors for achieving good rankings in organic placement includes onpage and offpage optimization factors like adding title tags, writing about description of the page,adding your keywords & main primary keywords in header tags, adding tags & the list is endless....

For PPC, I would suggest the main factor is Title and keywords of the ad....ofcourse keyword bidding is the main factor but still above 2 factors should not be ignored....
