Not making sense.. help!

I've got an adwords setup, keyword being "Hospital bed mattresses"

When i used the keyword estimator tool, it showed 2,400 local searches.
This past month, there have been about 5 impressions....

This doesnt make sense. Am I doing something wrong? Its position is averaging between 1-3....

Add more keywords or keyphrase
The ones that are getting High Searches are these:
mattresses mattresses
Hospital bed
medical supplies
bed for hospital

Webmaster Tools or Google Analytics

I havent used Adwords for soo long since every time I tried to use it, it's good for 1 day and then it stops. So I no longer used it and about 5 months later, google sends an email saying the account was suspended due to breaking terms, ?????? NO Clue. But thats fine.
