It takes 2 days to 1 week. Yes if they reject your site , they do send an email.

Did you follow their rules? Google have very high technology to detect and track any fraud click.

some time google adsense take a week in approval, but buddy i want to share my experience about refusing my request that never ever try to send request of google adsense before u dont have your original content :( if u have your original content then u have to send request
