Suggestions for Additional Advertising

I'm looking for additional ways I can advertise my website and not break the bank.
I have used google adwords, and done some seo optimization, but I'm just not getting enough traffic to keep myself and my partners busy.
I would like to look at either affiliate programs or banner advertising.
I have many landing pages that advertise a specific piece of malware, I found that help with the adwords campaigns, but we still only get one or two sales per day.
Our website offers computer repair. We use remote support desk software to help clients, everyobody we have helped to date has been extremely satisfied.
I would like to find a place to advertise to my target market.
