Spider Question

Expand Post »
I own << url snipped to comply with forum policy >> and was wondering, for a spider to go deep inside my forum other then just the homepage, is their something I need to do to my settings. I have a pr2 for homepage already but that's it. My other pages have no pr at all?

Any suggestions?

Re: Spider Question

Make sure that your forum URLs don't have session IDs, as a bare minimum. You can also go the extra step to rewrite your forum URLs to have .html extensions, as the ones here at DaniWeb have.

Re: Spider Question

Try and exchange links, and have your link partners use your forum specific links. This way, you can boost the PR for individual forums, and get them ranked higher. :-)
