Old Domain Vs Keyword rich domain

Ok here is the deal I am merging a company they have 2 websites and one website is 11 yrs old but it does not have any keywords similar to their product.
The other website is 1 yr old and the url is keyword rich. Which should I keep ? The 11 yr old domain or the keyword rich domain ?

The 11 yr old Domain has 4020 links the other one 3910 .
Or should I redirect one to the other ?
