Changing site over to ASP - what SE effects will I notice?

Expand Post »
My client's website is changing over from HTML to ASP.

All of the file name extensions will be changed from .htm to .asp. I've never encountered a situation like this, and was wondering how it will effect my site's position on the SERPs (if at all). Furthermore, all the pages will lose their pagerank value temporarily due to their new names. What's my best option?

Thanks! http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/...lies/smile.gif
