If i am having a site which Google page rank is 0 but Alexa rank is good, if i submit my website link to a directory which Google rank is 0 just only because of generating a back link would it effect my site's Alexa ranking.

Jump to Posthmm it doesnt help you at all... even the site with page rank 1 is consider as a bad site to submit... so you can have the idea when you submit to 0 page rank... no matter what alexa rank it is... avoid it...

Well it won't help you until PR of that directory list improves.. So look for high PR directories which should also have good Alexa ranking to get advantage!
