How does Google view .biz and .us, .ca domains?

Which domains extensions are better for optimization?

I seen those websites with .biz (mostly gambling or 3 level marketing companies)but I feel it doesn't really work as well as .com or .org or .net.

Those .biz cost less than the ones I mention. To me it's not worth having.

I don't think Google mention anything (bias) as those domains.

So I don't think I can answer that question.
