There are lots of Do Follow Forums in the web today. The only thing you should consider here is their PR. Having a good backlinks comes from good pr forum sites.

Do follow forums are very much useful to optimize the backlinks. i have lots of links but here i cant place because i don't have a permission. but don't consider above list its totally junk. use this keywords "700 do follow links" and get many links..

Yes, searching on Google is better to get it. Although SE not give big attention for forum backlink, it's good for link juice!

As say the above persons, Google is the best place to find dofollow sites.
only the consideration is that what is their page rank.

Forums have stop instant signatures because of spamming . you need to post about 20-30 post before apply signature
