Site Seo Prize....

dear I have more than 2 year of seo experience and working with a company but few days ago one person contacted to me for a site seo as individual project and I've never done individual project so I don't know what should I charge him for site seo, his site is about the sanitary assessories and there is no big competition on his required keywords but just some sites who are not doing very well..
tell me what should I charge him ... here in pakistan...
