Need help for keywords Density - Showing incorrect stuffs

keywords density showing the html stuff instead of keywords. PLease let me know what exactly should I do here?

You need to make sure that you are inserting the keywords in the meta part of the coding else you can use this as <meta name="keywords" content=" "/> this way you are making sure that the keywords will show as imagined not in HTML
