I need a clarification regarding keyword repetition in title tag
The question is how many times a keyword should repeat in the title tag, for example my keyword is Second hand Car for sales and I target this single keyword for a page.
<title> Second hand Car for sales – Website Name</title>
Is it enough or I need to repeat the keywords another time?

Even single occurrence is good too but you can go with a max two keywords without ruining the meaning of the title.

to be safe use just one keyword in the title tag. repeating the website title in every page may not be good anymore.
anyway, you can also mention your keyword in the meta tags, h1, and contents of the page. that will be good enough. with google panda, you have to be careful repeating keywords in one element as it may be misinterpreted by google as spamming.

It is fine but I would suggest you to use more number of keywords in your title and Google crawls your title.
