In most of my post's i tried to solve the problem of other's but currently i need of all of you.

I m working on Fishing Boats and Center Console Boats both are high competitive keywords and i m unable bring so please help me getting keywords on 1st page

I did article submission, bookmarking, link wheel,search engine submission, directory submission, also have lots of like, share, G+ and tweet. but still one keyword on 5th page and other 30th page.

what i will do to bring keyword on top.

I suggest you learn how to write intelligently. I can only imagine what you expect the search engine to highly rank for. It usually takes more than off-site manipulation to position web pages.
