You should check the website in ALL browsers because what works on one may not work on the others. I use Safari on the Mac but also check my work in Firefox on the Mac and PC and Firefox and IE 8 on Windows machines. Once Chrome gets a wider following I will start checking it also but I personally don't like Chrome for browsing.
