How can we track seprately the each sub domain in single profile of main website in Google Analytics ?

You can create separate profle for your sub domain and it is easy to track your sub domain. You can also block unwanted IP with the help of GA. Google have also started to offer A-B testing services in GA. You can also use the same for your pages.
