No. They do not offer any tools for this no matter how you mean it.

If you don't want someone using your computer to search google for a certain term you need to buy parental control software.

If you don't want google to rank your site for certain search terms you can't. It's either all or nothing. You cn block them completely or let them rank you for everything they think they should rank you for.

You really should post a follow up to your questions as it is hard to tell exactly what you mean.

There is Google SafeSearch which will filter out X rated sites from the search results automatically, regardless of what's searched for.
